Frequently Asked Questions
  • How is the Part II CSPE reported?
For any Part II score report request, the FPMB will send both a Part II Clinical Science Examination and a Part II Clinical Skills Patient Encounter Examination (CSPE) report. For the latter, if the FPMB does not have an examination record for the person, the report will state so.

Per the NBPME Candidate Information Bulletin, only those persons in the Class of 2015, excluding the Class of 2016, and continuing with the Class of 2017, are required to pass both the Part II written and the Part II CSPE. Persons from earlier classes are neither required nor eligible to take the CSPE.
  • Why do reports expire?
Reports expire as a data security measure. To download a report that has expired, click the "REQUEST" button. The FPMB will notify you when the report has been reposted.
  • How to verify that a report was sent to your organization?
Use the "Search by Last Name" feature to verify that the report was sent. If the report is expired and needs to be downloaded again, click the "REQUEST" button. The FPMB will notify you when the report has been reposted.
