As Program Operations Administrator with the Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance since December 2018, Mr. Pottschmidt has extensive experience in the regulatory environment directly related to licensure, Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code, and agency policies and procedures related to various medical professions. He also has in-depth knowledge in the legislative environment and the processes involved with the creation, analysis, enactment, and implementation of legislative actions.
Executive Director since 2013, Mr. Stoner has 25+ years of experience in various roles at the FPMB. He also has 10 years of experience at Goodwill Industries International, ranked #7 by Forbes in their 2015 "50 Largest U.S. Charities" list. Ms. Halstead brings 16 years of nonprofit experience, over 9 years in grant writing and administration, and 12+ years in people management and leadership roles at state and county affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International, ranked #7 by Forbes in their 2024 "100 Largest U.S. Charities" list.
Her tenure in the construction industry has honed her customer service, organizational, leadership, management, and administrative skills. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Human-Centered Design, which adds significant value to her role with FPMB.
Ms. Kirk brings over 15 years of experience in workforce development, grant strategy, and nonprofit leadership. She has led national initiatives funded by the Walmart Foundation, U.S. Department of Justice, and Lumina Foundation, securing and managing more than $30 million in public and private funding.
At Lightcast, she partnered with workforce boards and state agencies to design data-informed solutions for skills development and economic mobility. Before that, she served at Goodwill Industries International, supporting 162 local Goodwill organizations in building partnerships with employers and community colleges to advance outcomes for veterans, women, youth, and individuals with disabilities.
Known for her problem-solving skills and collaborative leadership style, Ms. Kirk specializes in helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact through strategic funding, cross-sector partnerships, and program innovation.
